As there is high demand for the accommodation, we need to get the registrations in already this summer! We want to receive the registration no later than July 12th! Keep in mind that Svalbard is outside the Schengen area so everyone must bring their passport.
Payment
The first payment of 50% must be received by SRTVIF no later than August 16 2024. Final payment 100% October 31st.
Flight to Longyearbyen
The flight should be booked immediately for the best price. If you want to arrive earlier or extend your stay, you must let us know immediately when you’ve booked your flight.
Insurance
We have an agreement with DSV, which offers travel insurance with cancellation insurance that covers both the week itself and the flight if you choose that add-on (at least Basic + Cancellation). The insurance is valid provided that it was taken out in 2024 via www.ski-online.de/ES2025.
Airport Shuttle in Longyearbyen
For those arriving on the 22nd and departing on the 28th there will be organized shuttle service between the airport and the hotels.
If you arrive or departure on other dates; there is an airport shuttle corresponding with all arrivals and departures. It departures 30-40 mins after arrival. The airport shuttle stops at all hotels. For departure, check with your hotel when the bus leaves, they have the updated schedule.
You need to pay in Norwegian kroner (NOK) or by credit card on the airport shuttle.
