Those who arrives at 14:05 on March 22nd will travel with an organized shuttle.
All other arrivals (time and day)
All others (different time or day) will receive a voucher from their head of delegation and go with ordinary transfer bus. This voucher must be printed out before arriving at Longyearbyen airport. And handed to the driver when entering the bus. The airport shuttle corresponds with all arrivals. It departures 30-40 mins after arrival. The airport shuttle stops at all hotels.

March 28th @ 12.10 and 12.15 + March 30th 07.35
Organized transfer from the hotels.
